How to use the Guide 2012

JESOLO A TAVOLA RESTAURANTS
Once again this year the Jesolo a Tavola Guide presents places to eat & drink divided into three categories: restaurant, food & pizza and the alternatives. This last section is reserved for places that do not fit into the first two categories.

Every place has a two-page description that includes
› the name of the dish suggested
› a file with all the necessary information
› a brief description

0 KM PRODUCE
Restaurants that are part of Jesolo a Tavola use the finest quality produce that come from market gardens in the area. These are the so-called 0 km produce. The Guide contains addresses on where to buy it directly.

LOCAL WINES
To complete the picture, a food and drink Guide obviously has to contain information on our wines. We suggest you focus on local wines and, if you want to purchase some, to contact the Cantina Sociale di Jesolo (you’ll find the info inside), an important reference point not only for the local area, but for the whole of Eastern
Veneto Region.

FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND JESOLO
The Guide ends with a map of Jesolo, where the restaurants that are part of the circuit are shown with a number – a useful tool to help you find your way amongst Jesolo a Tavola’s various offers.

Jesolo expresses its innate culture of hospitality through the pleasures of the table, which are now part of the history of this area. Help Jesolo a Tavola 2012 contains the right address to navigate within a proposed food and wine ever more complex, however, where the culinary tradition continues to have great value.
